Note: Due to State and Federal regulations, we are unable to ship wine to the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Tennessee, New Hampshire, Minnesota, Virginia and Utah. Customers from these States are welcome to shop our site and order non-alcoholic items only. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
Delivery Schedule:
When purchasing wine, we will give you an estimated amount of time it will take for your package to be received. If your order is placed by 10 AM(EST) Monday- Friday, it will ship the same day. Orders received after 10 AM will ship the following business day. For more information, or for local deliveries, please call our order department at 908-964-5050. All packages are carefully packed in sturdy insulated shippers to ensure the safe delivery of your wine. Shoppers Wines makes every effort to protect our shipments from temperature related damage. If you have concerns regarding weather you may choose to receive your package on a specific date or you may request that we ship your order using faster shipping method.
Shippers Signature Policy:
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from shopperswines.com. All packages sent out by Shoppers Union/Shoppers Wines will require a signature for delivery. We encourage you to make sure someone of legal drinking age will be present to receive your package as it cannot simply be left unattended. We recommend you provide us with a business shipping address to ensure prompt delivery. We will not offer a refund shipping charges for shipments returned because no adult was present to sign for the wine.
Returns:
Shoppers Union/Shoppers Wines maintains a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. If you find any problem with your order (wrong wine, incorrect vintage, broken contents), please contact us immediately by phone at 908-964-5050 or via e-mail at info@shopperswines.com We will make arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us for inspection. If it is determined that a shipping error occurred, a replacement package will be sent to you at no additional shipping cost. If you wish to return your wine for any other reason, you must first contact us for instructions.

MAC Supported Browsers:
Mozilla is the preferred browser for MAC users. You may download Mozilla free by clicking here. This website will support Safari, Netscape and Mozilla. There are known issues with some scripts when using older versions of the Safari browser. MAC users should update all browsers to the latest version to avoid errors.
NOTE: IE for MAC has been discontinued and is no longer supported due to scripting limitations of the browser. Please use one of the supported browsers on this site. A known error occurs when Java Scripts are run in the IE MAC OS X browser. When executing a request the browser will send the request then stall and appear to hang up. This and many other errors in the browser is the reason for its discontinued status.
