Ever wonder what the difference between Benedictine and B&B is?
Okay heres the low down on how B&B became what it is today. Alright in 1930's, a barman from the famous Club Twenty One in New York dreamed about blending up a blend of Benedictine and Brandy together. The drink was instantly a humongous hit. So afterwards the drink got its name B&B.
B&B is a careful blend between the strength of an old cognac and the 27 plants and spices which go up to make Benedictine liqueur. The exact recipe is a secret and only the chief distiller knows the exact recipe. B&B is at the Benedictine Palace in Fecamp. --Winemaker Notes
