Brinley Gold Shipwreck is the first Spiced Rum that uses a premium 4-Year-Aged rum. Natural orange, vanilla, nutmeg, clove, and exotic island spices are masterfully infused into a premium blend of 4-year-old molasses-based rums that have been aged in oak barrels. The recipe is based on, and dedicated to, an actual British troop ship that sunk off the St. Kitts' coast in a 1782 naval battle with the French. The troopship was rumored to have been carrying a large store of rum barrels.
