Louis Pommery Brut is elaborated according to the methode champenoise, with a fermentation in bottle and aging on lees. Made of 96% Chardonnay and 4% Pinot Noir carefully selected across California’s finest vineyards in order to capture the essence of the land, beyond Napa Valley.
With an emphasis on the geographic diversity of the region, the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are then nourished to perfection by the warm sun, cool breezes, and mineral-rich soil. Louis Pommery is an ode to the maison’s iconic style, evoking vivacity, freshness and finesse.

Made from 96% Chardonnay and a dab of Pinot Noir, it carries aromas of toasted baguette and flowers, with crisp apple and white peach flavors on fine-beaded bubbles.
