Made from the variety Tempranillo, harvested manually in the second week of August. The vinification process was done under controlled temperatures to extract all of the colour and aromas of the variety. Ruby red in colour with slight tones of purple around the edge of the glass. The wine has aromas of dark fruits such as blackberries and a slight balsamic note.
