Le Soreq Description
Our wine makers produced this soft smooth Merlot, that displays a deep red ruby color. Full of aromas and flavors of the various berries, cherries and dark chocolate, with a hint of sweetness on the pallet. This was made possible by harvesting the ripe grapes in late summer, resulting in this fine wine with exceptional character, that goes well with beef, veal and lamb dishes.
